Linktex provides AI-powered call response services to capture missed call data, automate customer interactions, and deliver lead information to business owners via email, SMS, or app notifications.

 

2. Account and Access

To use Linktex, you must provide accurate business information and maintain secure access to your account. You are responsible for any activity conducted under your account.

 

3. Billing and Payment

All fees are displayed clearly at the time of purchase.

  • Plans are billed monthly, quarterly, or annually, depending on your selection.

  • A one-time setup fee is charged at activation unless waived as part of a promotion.

  • Payments are non-refundable except as required by law.

Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of service.

 

4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Monthly plans can be canceled anytime and will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.

  • Quarterly and yearly plans are prepaid and non-refundable.

  • To cancel, you must notify Linktex at least 3 business days before your next billing date.

 

5. Use of the Service

You agree not to use Linktex for illegal, abusive, or fraudulent purposes. You must comply with all applicable laws, including those related to telemarketing, privacy, and consumer rights.

 

6. AI Interaction Disclaimer

Linktex’s virtual assistant is AI-powered and designed to gather basic lead information. While highly accurate, the assistant may not perfectly replicate human conversation. You are responsible for reviewing and following up on all captured leads.

 

7. Data Privacy and Security

We take data security seriously. Your information is encrypted and protected according to industry standards. We do not sell, rent, or share customer data with third parties without explicit permission.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

Linktex is not liable for any lost profits, missed opportunities, or damages arising from the use or inability to use the service. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

 

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time for violations of these terms or any misuse of the platform.

 

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or within your dashboard. Continued use of the service constitutes your acceptance of any updates.
