Monthly Plans

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. However, due to the nature of our service and immediate activation of resources, we do not offer refunds for partial months or unused time.

Quarterly and Yearly Plans

Quarterly and yearly subscriptions are billed upfront at a discounted rate. These plans are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins. If you cancel before the next renewal date, your service will continue through the end of your paid term.

One-Time Setup Fees

The $199 setup fee is a non-refundable charge that covers onboarding, configuration, and custom AI setup. This fee is incurred immediately upon account activation, even if you cancel shortly after signing up.

Exceptional Circumstances

We may consider a refund or credit in rare cases where a technical error on our end prevents service delivery. To request a review, contact our support team at billing@linktex.ai within 7 days of the issue.

How to Cancel

To cancel your subscription, email us at support@linktex.ai, or call us at least 3 business days before your next billing cycle. Your cancellation will be confirmed in writing.

Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly with any billing concerns before disputing a charge. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension.
